1. Energy conservation and emission reduction: using technological innovation to reduce energy footprint
  1) Introducing industry-leading energy-saving injection molding equipment and intelligent temperature control systems, and reducing unit product energy consumption by optimizing mold cooling water channel design.
  2) A photovoltaic power supply system is installed to supply power to the office area and workshop auxiliary equipment, with annual power generation accounting for 25% of the total electricity consumption.
2. Resource recycling: giving materials new life in a closed loop
  1) Modular and standardized structures are adopted in the mold design stage to extend the service life of the mold and reduce resource waste from the source.
  2) Plastic scraps and unqualified products generated during production are converted into reusable recycled plastic particles through professional equipment.
3. Pollution prevention: Maintaining environmental protection through full-process control
  1) Production wastewater is purified through the “grid filtration + biochemical treatment + membrane separation” system.
  2) Solid waste should be stored in a classified manner, and hazardous waste should be handed over to qualified institutions for disposal.

1) In terms of educational assistance, we continue to provide financial support to students majoring in molds at vocational colleges in impoverished areas, donate practical training equipment, and dispatch technicians to teach, to help cultivate skilled personnel .
2) Actively participate in activities such as the “Charity Walk” and provide donations, with the funds used to support the improvement of educational facilities in poor areas, the construction of rural medical stations, and assistance projects for children in difficult circumstances .
