HENGBIN provides full-process mold development including design evaluation, manufacturing, trial and modification.Thin-shell shallow-cavity parting with micro-lifters and clip slides for demolding of sealing edges, press clips and opening handles. Optimized cooling and venting reduce thin-shell deformation for precise matching with lower cover. Supports high-gloss and matte finishes for good feel and uniform appearance.
