Large-sized Molds

High-gloss Non-spraying Molds
Achieve a high-gloss surface finish on products through special mold surface treatment and injection molding processes, no need for subsequent spraying.

2K / 3K Molds
Realize the combination of two or three different colors or materials in one product through special mold structures and injection molding processes. One-time injection molding without secondary processing.
Advantages:
Reduces product assembly processes, improves production efficiency, and lowers costs. Ensures firm bonding between colors or materials with excellent appearance effects.
Low-Pressure Injection Molds
Widely applicable to key automotive interior components, such as A-pillars, B-pillars, C-pillars, etc. Through integral compounding with textile fabrics/suede during molding, it balances tactile experience, appearance grade and functional practicality.
Advantages:
1.Adopts low injection pressure to fill the mold cavity, which can accurately adapt to soft composite materials such as textile fabrics and suede. It avoids fabric damage and grain deformation caused by high pressure, ensuring the integrity and consistency of composite molding.
2.The product surface has a soft and comfortable touch, avoiding the risk of falling off due to subsequent secondary bonding, while enhancing the overall texture and high-end attribute of the interior.
Internal/External Gas-Assisted Molding Molds
1.Internal gas-assisted molding injects high-pressure gas into the plastic melt during injection, using gas pressure to drive melt filling the cavity.
2.External gas-assisted molding applies gas pressure to the mold cavity surface to improve product surface quality.
Advantages:
1.Eliminates surface shrinkage marks and deformation, improving product appearance quality.
2.Reduces material usage and costs while enhancing product strength and rigidity.
Physical/Chemical Foaming Molds
1.Physical foaming forms a cellular structure by introducing gas into the plastic melt.
2.Chemical foaming achieves foaming through the decomposition of chemical foaming agents during injection molding.
Advantages:
1.Reduces product weight and material costs.
2.Improves thermal insulation, sound insulation, and impact resistance of products.
