Early technical support

Professional early technical support team will incorporate mold design concepts into product structure analysis in advance, and put forward optimization suggestions and solutions for product assembly, appearance, injection molding process, etc., providing strong support for product quality assurance.

Mold flow analysis

The company has a professional mold flow analysis team with rich experience in mold flow analysis and on-site process, ensuring the connection between theoretical analysis parameters and design and production optimization, so as to improve the efficiency of closing problems and ensure the rationality of the process in the later stage.

3D Design

Conduct preliminary DFM analysis, product review, structural ranking, assembly inspection, etc. based on the 3D data provided by the customer, and conduct complete 3D design in accordance with the customer's technical requirements and technical standards.

Lessons Learned

Regularly conduct summaries, summarize and conduct internal training on problems found during the project phase and after the project is completed, and archive them as lessons learned to improve overall technical capabilities and avoid the recurrence of common problems in subsequent new project development.

Mold manufacturing capabilities

Hengbin has built a full-process intelligent mold manufacturing system. We are equipped with over 500 sets of advanced facilities, including imported 5-axis machining centers, 5-axis & 7-axis deep hole drills, Sodick wire EDMs and mirror EDM machines. Supported by 70–500T mold fitting machines, we are capable of manufacturing all types of small, medium and large molds.
The entire processes of design, processing, and inspection are connected through a digital production line, with an intelligent inspection system used to monitor and control precision in real time. We deliver over 3,000 sets of molds annually, supporting the efficient iteration of industries such as automotive, home appliances, and baby products.

Injection molding manufacturing capabilities

Relying on our cluster of injection molding machines ranging from 86T to 4000T (including three-color models), we have established integrated delivery capabilities covering mold manufacturing and injection molding.
We excel at cutting-edge processes such as two-color & three-color simultaneous injection molding, micro-foaming and gas-assisted molding, and are equipped with precision mold temperature control systems and automatic part picking equipment.

Precision detection matrix

Through the use of material performance testing equipment such as spectrometers/hardness testers, precision dimensional measurement tools such as three-coordinate and automatic image probe measuring instruments, combined with reverse engineering analysis systems such as 3D blue laser scanners, we can build a covering material composition verification system. The full-dimensional testing system covering mechanical properties testing, geometric dimension calibration, and reverse modeling analysis provides quantitative support for quality control using quantitative data from precision instruments.
